Refund & Return Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you receive high-quality products. However, due to the intimate nature of our merchandise and for health & safety reasons, our return guidelines are as follows:


1. Unopened & Unused Items

  • Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped).


2. DOA / Defective / Wrong Item Received

  • Must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification.

  • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Process:

    1. Contact our customer service with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

    2. We will provide an RMA number and return instructions.

    3. Ship the product back using the method provided.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • If the issue is our fault (DOA, defective, wrong item), we cover return shipping.

    • Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Toys and devices (if packaging seal is broken, even if claimed unused)

  • Lubricants, oils, and creams

  • Lingerie bottoms and intimate apparel

  • Any product that has been used or is not in resalable condition


4. Health & Safety Notice

The return of any intimate product after trial use is not possible due to hygiene and health concerns.
We do not accept returns if the product seal is broken.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable for unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable orders returned via the shipping carrier.


6. Product Care Warning

Use of certain substances with Personal Crave toys may cause irreversible damage.
Avoid: suntan lotion, sunscreen, lip care products, essential oils, coconut oil, edible oils of any kind, and other oil-based products.
Damage caused by improper use is not covered under our return policy.
