How to use?
Step one:
Choose a proper size according to your targeting areas, big ones can be applied on back, waist or thigh while small ones can be applied on arm or neck.
Step two:
Rotating the handle to the left side to adjust piston face and cupping mouth to keep them basically on a same level. And then, let cupping mouth gently close to the skin.
Step three:
Rotating handle to the right side and make cupping body adsorption on the skin. Rotate to skin bulge. It is appropriate when handle blocked and you feel pain but can tolerate.
Step four:
Remove cupping and rotate handle to the left side when the piston face and the cupping mouth to keep them basically the same level, you can remove cupping totally.
